Meeting Information

The Green Isle Economic Development Authority (EDA) meets in person on the first Monday of each month at City Hall. Meetings are open to the public, and all residents are encouraged to attend and participate. For more information, contact City Hall via email, phone, or in person.

About the Economic Development Authority

The Green Isle Economic Development Authority works to promote business growth, job creation, and economic sustainability within the city. The EDA supports local businesses, attracts new investments, and helps develop policies that foster a thriving economy. It also oversees programs related to business financing, property development, and economic incentives.

The EDA collaborates with city officials, business owners, and community stakeholders to identify opportunities for commercial and industrial growth while maintaining Green Isle’s small-town character. By working to enhance the local business environment, the authority plays a key role in ensuring long-term economic success for the city.

The authority consists of members appointed by the City Council, each serving a six-year term. Members are expected to actively participate in meetings and contribute to initiatives that support Green Isle’s economic future.
